Starting with a non-GMO grain neutral spirit, the gin is infused with 25 botanical ingredients, led by fresh orange blossoms from Lindcove. A medley of California citrus—Bergamot, Seville, Valencia oranges, grapefruit, lemon, and lime—joins angelica root, caraway, fresh cilantro, California bay laurel, cardamom, coriander, fresh cucumber, dill, fennel seed, ginger, juniper, Malabar black pepper, nutmeg, orris root, pink peppercorn, Saigon cinnamon, and star anise.
