Defined by harnessed power and enticing light, this wine springs from a harvest of exceptional red-skinned grapes, boasting a powerful, fruity nose and full-bodied finish.
Comprising of 52% PINOT NOIR (including 14% red wine), 27% CHARDONNAY, and 21% MEUNIER, it's aged for 6 years in cellars, and 6 months post-disgorging, with a dosage of 5g/liter (extra brut).
The tasting experience unveils a bouquet of dark berries, accented by hints of fig, wild strawberry, and spices, leading to a robust palate with concentrated fruit and tantalizing notes of sloe, cranberry, mint, and aniseed.
