The agave, grown in the Bajio region, is hand-harvested and produced in Jalisco under NOM 1514 (Degollado) and NOM 1639 (Peña). Twice distilled in copper-lined stills and rested briefly before bottling, this tequila remains unaged, preserving the pure essence of the agave.
